Arthur Selvedge Jeans

The Arthur is a straight leg jean cut from Japanese selvedge denim in two weights — a 16 oz indigo and a 15.5 oz midnight black. The fit is slightly more tailored through the top block and runs straight from the knee down. Details are traditional: five-pocket construction with a coin pocket, donut button fly with Japanese two-prong hardware, rivets, and a star motif Jacron back patch. The denim is unrinsed, so it'll fade and break in on its own over time.

Sizing Fits true to size. Because the denim is unrinsed, go up a size if you're between sizes. Note that sizing may vary slightly between the indigo and black due to differences in fabric weight and shrinkage — refer to the individual size charts. Kyle is 6'2", 150 lbs and is wearing a 32. Amarachi is 6'0", 175 lbs and is wearing a 32.

If you plan to hem these, wash them first. Cold wash, low spin, hang dry for 24–48 hours. If they're still stiff after air drying and your dryer has an air-only setting, run them on that for 30 minutes to soften the fabric back up.
